FAQs

What makes CRBN coffee different?
Two things: the cup and the cause. Every roast is specialty-grade, 100% Arabica, roasted in small batches to order — so it's fresh, not shelf-stale. And 5% of every purchase goes to kids' programs in our community. Great coffee that does some good before you've finished the pot.
Is your coffee whole bean or ground?
Both. Choose your grind at checkout — whole bean, drip, espresso, or French press. For the freshest cup, we always recommend whole bean ground just before brewing.
How fresh is it really?
We roast to order in small batches and ship within 3-5 business days, so your coffee arrives days off the roast, not months. Each bag is marked with its roast date.
Which roast should I start with?
If you're not sure, start with Signature Blend — our smooth, balanced medium roast and everyday hero. Prefer bright and floral? Go Sunrise (light). Like it bold? Dark Matter (dark). Or grab the Trio and taste all three.
How should I store my coffee?
In an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. Skip the fridge and freezer — they introduce moisture and odors. Buy what you'll drink in a few weeks and you'll always be in the fresh zone.
