Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
How fast will my order ship?
Because we roast to order, coffee orders are roasted and shipped within 1–3 business days, with delivery typically 3–5 business days after that. Apparel and gear usually ship within 2-3 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves us.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $50. We currently ship within the United States.
Can I return my coffee if I don't love it?
Coffee is perishable, so we can't accept returns on opened bags — but we stand behind every roast. If your coffee arrives damaged, stale, or just isn't right, reach out within 14 days and we'll replace it or make it right. No drama.
What's your return policy on apparel and gear?
Unworn, unwashed apparel and unused gear can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange — just keep the tags on. Need a different size? Message us and we'll help you swap it for the right fit.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We roast and pack fast, so reach out as soon as possible at info@brewcrbn.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it's out the door, we can't make changes — but we'll always help you sort it out.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link the moment it ships. You can also check status anytime under your account. Don't see the emails? Check your spam folder, then give us a shout.
Can I order coffee and apparel together?
Absolutely — one cart, one checkout. Since coffee is roasted to order, your coffee and merch may occasionally ship in separate packages, but you'll get tracking for each. No extra charge for the split.
Do you offer gift orders or gift cards?
Yes. Add a gift note at checkout and we'll leave the prices off the packing slip. Prefer to let them choose? CRBN digital gift cards are delivered by email and never expire — coffee, gear, or a little of both.

Is your coffee really 100% Arabica?
Every bag. We use specialty-grade, 100% Arabica beans across all three roasts — no fillers, no blends with lower-grade Robusta. Just clean, high-quality coffee roasted in small batches.
What sizes do your coffee bags come in?
Our standard bag is 12 oz (340g), available in whole bean or your choice of grind. Try all 3 roasts with our 4 oz samplers or the Trio variety pack.
How long will my coffee stay fresh?
For the best flavor, enjoy your coffee within 30 days of the roast date printed on the bag. Whole beans hold their freshness longer than ground, so if you can, grind just before brewing. Keep the bag sealed and stored somewhere cool and dark, and every cup will taste the way we intended.
